How to Evangelize

Romans: 10:9-10 If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

We LIVE By Faith Not By Sight from 2 Corinthians 5:6-10

Image
We have the Holy Spirit to guarantee us that we are own by the LORD. John 14:1-3 1 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. Paul's life gave Him the confidence to work on his ministry. if we are not confident, then we need to be refresh by His word. Philippians 3:20-21 But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. We live by faith not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:8 We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. Sometimes we are to focus on many th...

We Have Our Dwelling Place from 2 Corinthians

Psalm 63 A psalm of David. When he was in the Desert of Judah. 1 You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water. 2 I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. 3 Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. 4 I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands. 5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise you. 6 On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night. 7 Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. 8 I cling to you; your right hand upholds me. 9 Those who want to kill me will be destroyed; they will go down to the depths of the earth. 10 They will be given over to the sword and become food for jackals. 11 But the king will rejoice in God; ...

"He Will Deliver Us" from 1 Corinthians 1-11

Paul was being attack my false prophets. He was stoned to death. And, suffered blindness but was healed. God will continue to deliver us. We have to interpret on observance of the contents of Paul situation. If we compare our lives, from sufferings today to the situation of Jesus' disciples, our trials are momentary. Our persecution today are light. Consider others better than yourself. Not to be selfish of our time. Hardship - trouble and tribulation. actual physical pressure. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:1 Whatever we are experiencing right now Christ has experience it. "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. ~ John 15:5 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the ha...

"Do Everything In Love" from 1 Corinthians 16:1-24

Image
Today is one of our churchmate birthday! And, baby dedication of Josiah Adonairam Cada, son of Luke Cada and Abigail Cada. Now, for my notes in today's service: Give because you love, and without string attached. Not just tithes and offering, but in everything. On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made. 1 Corinthians 16:2 Looking back to what Paul said we should give in Love. Romans 12:13 (NIV) 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Hebrews 6:10 (NIV) 10 God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. 1 John 3:17 (NIV) 17 If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Jesus used His time to visit His people. Time is li...

"We Need To Examine Ourselves" from 1 Corinthians 11:27-34

Image
The communion message I have taken notes... We should take it after confession 1Co 11:27 Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. Examine ourselves before taking communion elements. 1Co 11:28 A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. Waiting for each other before taking the communion. 1Co 11:33 So then, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait for each other. Repent and remember what we are here on this world. "Remembering Christ" being one with Him and Love of Jesus. 1Jo 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. As celebrate communion we should have a sincere Heart. Paul warning is to treat communion with reverence. Heb 12:6-11 6 because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”[a...

"Remember Jesus" from 1 Corinthians 11:17-26

Image
Remember this saying "Better open rebuke than hidden love". And, encourage one another. When we gather together, make sure we are not pointing fingers to them. Let's talk about good things and positive things. Why do we have division? 1Co 3:3 You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men? 1Co 6:1 If any of you has a dispute with another, dare he take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the saints? When we have problems we must settle it as believers not to ask counsel to unbelievers. Learn to say sorry. There are many division in the church. Jesus is the reason why we come together as a church. The same thing to us today Let's do it in remembrance of Him. Calvanist - salvation is not by Work. Once we are save you're save.

"I Struggle With Sin" from Romans 7:14-25

Image
Be honest before God that we are struggling with sin. The law is spiritual. It is God's way to change people but it's not the way to save man. What is the greatest commandment? Love the Lord your God with all of your heart. How to know if you're are worldly: What do you think, want the most? How do you use your money? What do you do in free time? Who are the company you enjoy the most? Who are the people you admire? What are the things you admire? Where do you spend your free time? We struggle in so many things before God. Romans 7:15-17 (NIV) 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. Isaiah 50:1 (NIV) Israel’s Sin and the Servant’s Obedience 50 This is what the Lord says: “Where is your mother’s certificate of divorce with which I sent her away? Or to w...

"Control Our Worldly Desires" from Romans 7:7-13

Image
Envy and Lust are sin. The meaning of: Concupiscence desire, Rom. 7:8 (R.V., "coveting"); Col. 3:5 (R.V., "desire"). The "lust of concupiscence" (1 Thess. 4:5; R.V., "passion of lust") denotes evil desire, indwelling sin. without the law sin is dead. for without the law there are no transgressions. Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. James 1:14-16 (NIV) 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death. 16 Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters. Hebrews 3:13 New International Version (NIV) 13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you ...

"God Offers Enternal Life" from

Image
Romans 6:19-23New International Version (NIV) 19 I am using an example from everyday life because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness. 20 When you were slaves to sin, you were free from the control of righteousness. 21 What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death! 22 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in[a] Christ Jesus our Lord. Wickedness are increasing. We are not under the law but Grace. God wants us to exclusively use for His glory. To put off the old selves and put on the new one. God wants to use us as living sacrifice. To use us for His glory. If Sin will reign in our life ther...

"Righteousness is a Gift" Romans 5:17-21

Image
Righteousness is a Gift from God. Throughout the Son if God. Philippians 3:9 (NIV) and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Even great leaders fail, we should focus out attention to Jesus not to our Pastor or leaders. Fix your eyes to God. He is the beginning and the end He will never fail you. The more we know God's law, the more we are accountable. 1 John 5:11-13 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

"The Curse Has Been Cut Off" from Romans 5:12

Image
Who is the first person in the Bible who committed sin? It was Adam , as he is the one who first received the commandment from God. Romans 5:14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come. That consequences are: Sin entered the world Adam ushered the sin, sorrow and all the trouble we have right now. Romans 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned-- "Death" here is not only physical death, but also spiritual death. It's surprising that even if you don't teach a child to sin, she/he commits a sin. The reason we are dying because Adam sinned against God. But, Jesus came so we will have life. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. James 1:15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-...

"Received the Promise by Faith" from Romans 4:13-25

Image
Romans 4:13 It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. Abraham is a man of faith. When God told him he will be the father of all nations - he has no son. But he believed and received the promise of God. Abraham received the promise before the law was given. Galatians 3:14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit. Genesis 28:14 Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring. All the things we have in faith has no value if we are justified by law. The promise is worthless if the Jews seek to be justified by morality - they can't depend on any promise of God. 1 John 3:4 Everyone w...

"We are All Guilty" from Romans 3:9-20

Image
Romans 3:10 As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; Don't quick to judge for you may be doing the same way as them. we should not offer our body to sins. but offer it to God as instrument. We are all sinners. Psalm 14:1 The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. Psalm 14:2 The LORD looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. Psalm 14:3 All have turned aside, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. Woe to a man to thinks evil while he ia still in bed. By nature we are not seekers of God. No one plans to be Godly. Abiding means staying with God. Pray to let our tongue be tame by the Holy Spirit. And, guide us in everyday decisions.

"Let's Obey The Lord" from Romans 2:12-16

Image
in the law it is said that "ignorance of the law excuses no one" All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous. (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.) This will take place on the day when God judges people’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares. - Romans 2:12-16 Luke 12:47-48 “The servant who knows the master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what the master wants will be beaten with many blows. But the one who does not kn...

"God Only Can Judge" from Romans 2:1-5

Image
Romans 2:1 You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgement on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgement do the same things. whenever you point 1 finger to someone, there are 3 fingers pointing back to you. for the same way you judge others the same way it will be judge unto you. Luke 6:37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven. when we are enumerating the mistakes of others, we are looking to ourselves. the heart is what we should be careful with. do not use scripture to attack unbelievers. ask the Lord to change you. commit - being performed habitually. Psalm 36:5-6 Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies. Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. O LORD, you preserve both man and beast. Those who are quickly to judge others are g...

"Stay Hopefull" from Acts 27:13-26

Image
Sometimes we get too comfortable but are we prepared when storm comes? Sometimes we learn in a hard way if we don't listen as one of the prophet named Jonal who was eaten by a big fish. Who cause the storm that time? it was Jonah disobedience. Cast all your fears upon Him. Don't hold hopelessness in your life throw it all away and stay hopeful. Pray and search for scriptures to enlighten our burden. Don't focus on the storm stay positive. God treasure us. If you are in Christ we will not be lost. Claim the promises of God. Jerimiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

"Relationship is Important" From Acts 16:1-15

Image
Psalm Reading Psalm 78:1-16 A maskil of Asaph. 1 My people, hear my teaching; listen to the words of my mouth. 2 I will open my mouth with a parable; I will utter hidden things, things from of old— 3 things we have heard and known, things our ancestors have told us. 4 We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done. 5 He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach their children, 6 so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children. 7 Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands. 8 They would not be like their ancestors— a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to God, whose spirits were not faithful to ...

"God Saving Grace" from Acts 10:9-48

Image
Pastor's Message Exodus 33:7 Now Moses used to take a tent and pitch it outside the camp some distance away, calling it the "tent of meeting." Anyone inquiring of the Lord would go to the tent of meeting outside the camp. The word tent ('ohel) denotes simply a tent, for the tabernacle was not built at this time. In the Old Testament, anyone or anybody would inquire the Lord before would go to the "tent of meeting". They have some set of guidelines to be able to inquire or ask the Lord. But isn't that a privilege for us mmy as believers to approach the "Throne of Grace" anytime and anywhere. And, let us take that chance every moment to pray and seek Jesus. Happy Birthday Marivic Castro - Sept. 30 Gemma Teves - Oct. 2 Teresita Tariman - Oct. 3 * * * We are one in Christ. As when God saves it doesn't mean you are a Jew, Pastor or someone perfect. God Reach us at Christ extent. The outcome of our commitment to God is through our p...

"Considered God's Calling" Acts 8:26-40

Image
We have to considered God's calling. Like the song "The Shepherd of My Soul" "I give you full control wherever you may lead I will follow, I have made the choice to listen to your voice wherever you may lead I will go" Read God's word and listen to God's voice. Angel means messenger. If you have talent and money but not considering God's calling everything will be useless.. God is our teacher and all we have to do is read God's word to know what He wants you to do. Romans 10:14 14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? Be sensitive to God's guidance.
