Jesus is the Reason for Christmas

Matthew 1:18 18 This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. 19 Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly. 20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[c] because he will save his people from their sins." 22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"[d]—which means, "God with us." 24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lo

"Depend on God's Word" from 2 Kings 3

Water is the picture of the word of God, as we have so many trials in our life and we have to depend in God's word (drink the water to replenish our Spiritually) Sin is a sin, and don't compare yourself to other people, the most important is your personal relationship with the Lord. When we spend time with His word, it is like diving in to the sea looking for a precious pearl. Be innocent of evil but be excellent of what is good. Ephesians 5:19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, Jeremiah 32:17 "Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you. We have to be in truth and depend on God's word. We should worship God in Spirit and truth. ~~~

"Test the Spirit Be Careful" from 1 John 4:1-11

Matthew 24:4-5 Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. Acts 17:11 Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true. We need to be vigilant and be careful. Don't believe in everything other people says but read the Bible, if you will not read the Bible you will be deceive. Some religion teaches Jesus is the brother of Lucifer. Did the Bible says that? Others believe in reincarnation - is against the Bible. 1 Timothy 4:1 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Our learning and teachings are exclusively for Bible. And we have to be careful in false teachings. John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, th

"Follow the Lord" from 2 Kings 2

Luke 9:23 Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. So many times the Lord will test our sincerity and we continue to pursue our relationship with the Lord. Our commitment to our Lord is not just for short time. We should never leave our faith. A faith that can't be tested - Can't be trusted. Hebrews 11:23 By faith Moses' parents hid him for three months after he was born, because they saw he was no ordinary child, and they were not afraid of the king's edict. We follow the Lord cause If loves us. You can't imitate God if we have doubts. ~~~

"Have a True Love" from 1 John 3:11-24

Love is not just a feeling but also a choice. Sometimes jealousy and envy can overcome our flesh but a being Christian should not feel those evil desire, so even thou you have hatred - you are accountable to your body, know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We need to look at Jesus as He deals with Pharisee, we need to love people and have concerns with them, to pray for them, when you are praying then you are also loving, if you hatred then you have to confess be honest, we need to check our hearts as God knows what are in our hearts. 1 Peter 4:8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Luke 6:20 Looking at his disciples, he said: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. We are not all lovable, so don't be surprise if the world will hate you. 2 Timothy 3:12 In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, The people look at me 6 days a week just to kn
