WE BELIEVE worship of God should be inspirational. Therefore, we give great place to music in our worship.

WE BELIEVE worship of God should be intelligent. Therefore, our services are designed with great emphasis upon the teaching of the Word of God that He might instruct us how He should be worshiped.

WE BELIEVE worship of God should be fruitful. Therefore, we look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation that we have been truly worshipping Him.

In Calvary Chapel services they focus on a personal relationship with God through worship, prayer and the teaching of God's Word.

"Honor Christ" from Hebrews 3

How do we honor Christ?
Do we have to create/or pray to a Christ like statue everyday?
or go to church everyday?

"Honor Christ"

Honor Christ by the way we think, we are holy through our faith in Jesus, we accept his words and follow it.

We are not supposed to store-up things of this world, always saying "this is mine" because our final home is in heaven; Everything belongs to God...

Fix your thoughts on Jesus, think carefully who you're imitating, is it the world or Christ?

We can honor God by not worrying the things of this world like what were going to eat, dress, have for tomorrow, etc... Let God provide.

I can remember before when my salary (money) is almost used up, I was worried what I'm going to eat for the next two days because salary will be due in two days time, I just said "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus please provide for me", I was surprise to know that my purchase on BPI credit card had a free meal in Greenitch hmmm yummy! (^_^)
And then the blog I voted was BatangYagit who won! and Jehzeel gave me a 200 gift checks for McDonald (^_^.)

Jesus is Jehovah is Salvation

Jesus he is our bridge for salvation.

One of the hardest thing to break in a man is tradition.

If you pray on memorize words without meaing then it is like pagans, we must pray by our hearts. Don't bring tradition nor false practices.
Pray for each other and forgive each other.

We can honor God by doing his will NOT our will.

If you see a beautifully design building you don't give credit to the building and say "hey building you have such a nice structure"; but you give credit to the architect the one who design and made the building.
And so, we should not honor ourself up; put the spot light to Jesus. "Its not from me its from Jesus".

For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.

God = Elohim = Holy Trinity = we may not understand everything but through Bible we can understand.

If you are wise, when you travel you always put your name at the suitcase "tag" it outside so everybody can see its yours, but if you are much wiser, you also put a tag inside the suitcase just in case the tag outside got lost you still have one inside.

And so being a true Christian we must not only have a tag outside but also in the inside (our heart and mind).

We honor God not only what you do but also what you think.

Pastor's Message
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come!
=God has made up a new creation in Christ. We have a fresh new start. Our old life has passed away, and we live our new life for Christ. With via new year may we seed it as a fresh new start to live for Jesus

Pastor's Message
Isaiah 1:18 Come now and let us reason together, says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet; they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson; they shall be as wool.
=when you hear the voice of the Lord to repent, then respond right away. Do not harden your heart. God wants to wash you and make you clean, but you need to repent.

"Christmas is for Jesus" from Luke 2:1-7

Every Christmas season; we are so busy planning Christmas party, gift to buy, making a wish-list, budgets for groceries and etc...

But have you ever thought what is Christmas all about?

It is like an example story of a baby baptism, everybody was so happy to drink and eat and they have forgotten what the celebration is all about and left the baby in one room...

In our life we must be careful the true meaning of Christmas is for Jesus, to put him on number 1 priority, don't get caught up in the things of the world being so busy that you forgot to go to Church, read the Bible and pray.

The road to hell is wide but the road to Heaven is narrow, only few are saved.

If you put Jesus first the world is going to call you names they will think you are weird and (in Tagalog mapagkunwari)

Let your petitions be prayed to Jesus and not to worry about life and celebrate Jesus as center of your life then prosperity comes.

The meaning of Bethlehem is House of bread.

No matter how big your sin are humble yourself and surrender your life to Lord God, read Revelation 3:20.

It's our free choice if you let Jesus to come into your heart.

The two (2) disappointment in Life:

  1. You didn't get everything you want. and

  2. You get everything you wanted, even if you get everything you want you won't be happy, why? As King Solomon has everything, he is rich, he has so many wives (seven thousand) but he said "none of this really matters".
Because only Jesus can give you satisfaction.

Put Jesus Christ as the center of everything, put him as the reason we are alive. We were born to honor God and surrender our life to God.

Christmas is for Jesus, he wants to come in and fulfill your purpose in life. It is more blessing to give than to receive.

Pastor's Message
Isaiah 55:1 "Come, all you whe are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.
=God invites us to come and be satisfied with relationship with Him. The gospel is free and a relationship with God is free. The best thing in life is free, but often taken for granted.

"Sin is Deadly" from 1 Samuel 31

There was a story of a scorpion and the Dog...
the scorpion said to the dog "let's cross the lake will you swim and I be on your back" and the dog replied "what if you bite me in the middle of the lake?",
the scorpion said "no! I wouldn't do that because both of us will drown",
and so the dog agreed with the scorpion, but in the middle of the lake the scorpion bite the dog.
the dog asked "why did you bite me?" and the scorpion replied "its part of my nature", while the dog was about to drown the scorpion already jump to the land.

And so as the title shows "Sin is Deadly" from 1st Samuel 31;

In this chapter where Saul started to commit sin because of pride, disobedience from God, jealousy and anger.

If we always think we could fall into sins then we are on guard against sin.
The world would think "we can do anything as long as nobody gets hurt then its ok" but that can affect someone with out knowledge it affects everybody; sin breaks relationship.

Never think you're the only one gets affected; everyone can be affected it brings death to the soul, when you stumble into sin and you don't feel to do anything spiritual, and this is the time when we should pray.

Euthanasia in Switzerland => this is wrong God is the only one who can direct when we will die; we need to be as close to God not as far as we can.

Compromise is something we should be careful; example we are watchful of big sin but not on little things, little sins like small gossips, not returning what we borrow, etc...
Sin can take control; be careful what you feed in your mind, fill your mind with proper knowledge, as the saying in computer "Garbage IN Garbage OUT".

Sin is a thief just came in to steal and destroy, it is tasty and fun so avoid it and do Nothing with it.

Don't even get close to play on sin. Don't worry if other people will humiliate you for doing what is good, don't worry about your body, worry about your soul.

Don't worry about what other people will say but worry about what God will judge of you.

Example in one day:
you gossip about someone and you think lustful about someone that makes two sins a day... multiply by 365 days in a year, multiply by the number on your age, so how many sins you have in a life time?
But if someone did you wrong, they gossip about you or slander your name sometimes you don't forgive, how can God forgive you too?
God can forgive from all of our sins if we have true repentance.

True repentance is something you don't do the same sin all over again. Hate sin. Don't let it play in your body, heart and mind.

As human beings we commit sin, if you sin repent quickly.

Read 2 Corithians 7:10, Proverbs 20:7, Galatians 5:16

Walk in the spirit always pray to God.

"Don’t Drift Away" from Hebrews 2:1-4

...From the continuation of my post in Aice Nice Concepts in Careers

Pastor Ken told us the story about riding a boat or ferry, what we should always have are:

  1. A life jacket – incase of emergency we can stay float till the rescue comes

  2. Anchor on the Boat or Ferry – if ever the engines get damage at lease it can not drift away with an anchor.

To bare this in mind we should not neglect our relationship with God and live a righteous life, just like the boat Jesus is our anchor.

Another thing is no matter how strong our relationship with God, never think you’re strong enough trusting yourself that you will not be tempted, this is when the Devil will try to do everything to destroy your faith.

When the storm of life comes we hold on to the Lord, hold on to God’s faith because the longer we walk with the Lord, the more we say “I know all that line from the Bible. . . “ and I don’t need to go to the church to worship, and you will drift away little by little without our knowledge and you will start to neglect the word of God, neglect the Bible.

Sin is always around and it is something that we need to resist, be careful NOT to drift away.

Example of a good and bad callous:
A good callous is when you first learn to play the guitar, your fingers tips will be start to pain, then it will develop callous and time after time you keep on playing the guitar your finger tips will not feel any pain anymore, but when you stop playing the guitar for so many months and years the callous will fade little by little then your finger tips will pain again if you play.
And so it is also the same with the bad callous; when you keep on doing what is wrong your conscience and heart will not be guilty anymore the Holy spirit can not penetrate your “callous heart” you won’t hear the Holy spirit saying what is good. But if you stop doing wrong, avoid the sin, and learn the good habits; when you make a mistake you will feel bad about it in your heart and the Holy spirit will let you know what to do to make it right.

How close can you get to Lord God and not leave your salvation?

Everyday we make decision if we to continue to walk with God.

Just like marriage, at the wedding day the couple exchange their commitments and say “I do” to each other, but everyday both of them make a decision to remain faithful to each other if they let someone or something to destroy their marriage both of them are watchful and stay on guard to remain strong in their relationship.

Be watchful and be on guard with the sin.

God is the head of the Church we are the parts we need to stay attached, we need each other to help our self stay with the Lord. Do not neglect that area in your life and stay strong with the Lord.

It is easy to drift away to follow the current but it is difficult to swim against the stream.
Only a live fish can swim against the current, dead fish drift away with the flow.

Pastor's Message
Luke 23:3 Then Pilate asked Him saying, "are you the King of the Jews?" He answered him and said "it is as you say".
=Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. But it is our choice to make Him the King and Lord of our life. God will not force His Kingship on us but we must freely acknowledge Him as King of our life.

"Surrender" from Hebrews 1-12

In Japanese war they didn't surrender even the first atomic bomb was blasted in their country... they surrendered until the second atomic bomb in which they have too much disaster...
"Surrender" Hebrews 1-12

We can fall down to the rock or just surrender freely without hardship. God deserve to be number 1, we only need to surrender to him.

Read John 1 and John 3:16

Salvation is a free gift we only need to believe in Jesus; Live our life for God, Love him with all your heart and soul.
read Galatians 4:4-5.

Actions speak louder than words its thru works not spoken we can prove we surrender... for example we can make things for only a certain purpose like chair or any material things but God made us to have our choices of purpose either to follow our own will or to follow God's purpose for us, (to follow God). Ask yourself "Why God made us?" it is for us to find out; to follow God's purpose; to surrender in his purpose.

The moon is the reflection of the sun during at night it is the sun that shine its light thru the moon; Jesus is the reflection of God, God and Jesus are one if we surrender to Jesus we surrender to God.

Whenever we think of evil thoughts or hatred it's consider murder; but if we live for Jesus you will find peace in your heart when you surrender.

Sometimes we're not perfect; we loose our temper but if you surrender things will be solve.

When you look at the mirror you will see the reflection of yourself, if you see any flaws you will do something to make it right so you will look good. The Bible is the word of God it serves as the mirror, if you know that what you're doing is wrong from the word of God (in the Bible) you must do something to apply the word of God.

Remember we are save because Jesus died on the cross. We are save through faith in grace.

God form as human being through Jesus to be crucified to save our sin so if you do not surrender in him how can you be save?
God has good plans for us once we receive the word of God and surrender.

  1. What is it we live for? for the world or God

  2. Is God number 1 in your life?

  3. What is the last and first thought you entertain whenever you wake up and go to sleep?

We must put God in our throne. We can't get through heaven without Jesus in our heart.

Jesus is Jehovah is Yahweh is Salvation.
Luke 4:18
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

John 1-3:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Colossians 1:16-17:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Love means a choice either you be with Jesus or in hell you can't sever two master either you will love one and hate the other.

Pastor's Message
Luke 14:33 So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be my disciple.
=Being a disciple of Jesus is not easy. We need to consider the cost of being a follower of Jesus. It could be giving up an immoral relationship, losing family member/friend/job. There is a price to put Christ first.

"Our Enemy is not our Friend" 1 Samuel 29

Our Enemy is not our/a Friend 1 Samuel 29
The word "enemy" mention here is meant as "sin" or "temptation" of the world.
Always be on guard against the "Enemy". . .

Before anything else let us talk about what communion bring us:
Communion help us remember to keep away from Sin.
Communion help us in sharing faith and get ready for his return. Through communion this tells us to repent and be saved from sin...

We need to be close to our friends not in the enemy (the things of this world)... be on fellowship it will help us to be strong in our faith, the Enemy will always have temptation for us to fail in attending fellowship i.e. too busy, have more important things to do, but God said in Ten Commandments "You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me"

The enemy will try to pull us far from the Lord.

Don't look like the world be careful not to participate in worldly things examples are the movies, TV, songs or green jokes, always be aware what you feed in your eyes and ears, this will be internally absorb thus making you do things unconsciously thinking it was right thing to do.

We can not be friend with the world and be Friend with God.

Look like the world, talk like the world, be guard against those things read Hebrews 2:1

We must be attentive, the enemy will let you "forget about God" and let you "doubts and be hurt" not to trust in God.

The story about the Deer and Hunter... when a hunter hit a deer with his gun the deer fell down, thinking it was already dead, the hunter went close to the deer for him to take photos. As soon as the camera flash the deer quickly rose up and the hunter was hit with the horn of the deer he ended up in ICU.

the lesson of the story: always pray to be save, never put your guard down, less you will fall in Satan's trap... remember Satan was lucifer who was the Angel of God and fall from heaven.

the Spy story:
in US Army all of the soldiers have an exam questions only Americans knows in order to identify who are the spy of Germans because spy can talk and even look like the Americans but they don't know all about Americans.
in connection of the spy story we have the Bible in order to identify the spy if the person doesn't follow the Bible then keep away from them.

The enemy knows your witnesses be careful they set trap for you.

Read 1 Corinthians 10:13

Don't play with an enemy, when there's a way out RUN...

Read 2 Peter 2:9.

"Forgive in Love" from Philemon

Remember how Jesus went to so much suffering but he said “Father forgive them for they don’t know what they have done”

“Forgive in Love” Philemon

We have to see the need to forgive even if they have gossip about you or borrowed money didn’t pay. . .
In forgiveness we are family of God; sometimes you treat strangers better than your family taken for granted when they have done mistake.
And you don’t forgive. Forgiveness is unconditional we have to forgive and forget.

We have to remember in family of God we need to pray and look out for one another. We are not competing but helping one another, we need to forgive not revenge.

Grace in peace means subject of forgiveness as God gives grace in us.

If someone hurt you, remember grace of God as you don’t deserve it but he gave it to you. Live at peace at all men; we need forgiveness in family of God specially in your immediate family.

In sickness Jesus said “you are forgiven” in order to heal, so if you can’t forgive neither does your sickness be healed.

In our Lord’s prayer “forgive us as we forgive them. . . “ how can you be forgiven by God if you can’t forgive others?

Pray for your enemies for them to think of others and not only for themselves “just help them grow in their faith” not only to receive in forgiveness but to give forgiveness.

All of us has a master possession in life it could be “sin or the Lord” it may bring despair or luck.

Onesimus= means profitable one (Philemon 8)
For someone in your life to be use you need to forgive without expecting anything in return.

Forgiveness is from a willing heart.
Forgiveness is need to be received and given.
Just continue to show kindness show something above and beyond.

Unless we forgive others God will forgive you. We don’t deserve to go to heaven unless we are forgiven.

On how you forgive that is how God will forgive you.

Epahras means lovely (Philemon 23)

Think about it:
Have they spit on your face?
Have they pierce your hand and feet?
Have they crucify you?

Remember Jesus he forgave all of them.

Pastor's Message
Luke 12:5 But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear Him who, after He has killed, has power to cast into hell; yes I say to you, fear Him!
=People today have no fear of God in thier hearts. They continue in sin and don't think about God's judgment or consequences to thier actions. We need to respect, honor, and fear God.

"Be Devoted to God/good" from Titus 3:8

Being in right/correct order is to Be Devoted to God for example if you were to drive a car the correct order is to start the car and drive but if you drive without starting the car you will not get anywhere it will not work…

“Be Devoted to Go(o)d” Titus 3:8
The right order would be God comes first all the time then good works will follow then we are save by grace not by good deeds.
God doesn’t bless us by doing good deeds but by what’s in our faith and character.
After receiving God’s grace we have the decision to make if we continually do good deeds like think about others, make an effort how we can channel the blessings to others.

Remember without God we wouldn’t have anything. Read Psalm 16:2
And John 15:5 => Genuine faith has evidence.

Believing and trusting in Christ.
It is more blessing to give than to receive. Allow God to use you to be a blessing with someone else. Allow yourself to be use by God.
Read 1 Corinthians 3:11
It shows whatever deeds we have is tested not taken for granted doing is building up one another. Avoid foolish controversy and genealogy.

True worshiping God is in the heart and not on any religion or any special day, never go down to argue on Christianity on how we are baptize either “In the name of the Father of the Son and Holy Spirit” or “In Jesus Name”. Read Titus 3:10.

Remember: If someone wants to know about Christ share them your knowledge but if they seem to quarrel or argue with your belief then be quiet, you have nothing to do with them, never argue.

Doing good work is other center, not self centered. (Do not talk about yourself all the time. Putting the spotlight to yourself.)

We all have gifts to share:

  1. Help in spiritually

  2. Give physical needs

  3. Showing love and encouragement

  4. Using spiritual gifts to others, read Ephesians 4:11

  5. Giving to others like prayers, time, encouragement, and more importantly giving forgiveness

Here is a slide show pictures that I took from Sunday Bible Study.

Pastor's Message
Luke 8:18 Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.
=the more we know the Bible the more responsible we are to put into practice.

"Don't Doubt" from 1 Samuel 27

Don't Doubt 1 Samuel 27
Last night was the midweek Bible study in Calvary Chapel, the teachings was really in time for my situation not only in office but also in my faith.
“Do not Doubt” 1 Samuel 27 Pastor Ken told us the story of a person with no glamorous clothes, buying 16 cars...

This person goes in one car dealer shop when the sales man look at his physical appearance, the sales man doubt that this man could buy 16 cars.. and so he said “I really don't know if I can sell 16 cars right away how about going to the next car dealer shop?”
and so he went to the next shop, and he was given 16 cars right away since it was paid in cash he was also given a big discount...
the man who bought the cars was a fisherman, and all of them fishermen that had a big catch and savings that they decided to buy cars at the same time so to have big discount. The moral lesson of the story is that if we have doubts good chance of a lifetime can be missed.
That was a very nice story about Doubt told us by Pastor Ken.

Now for my notes:
The word doubt came from double minded, it also means lack of confidence, belief and faith.
doubts -> leads to worry -> leads to forgetting about God -> leads to trusting ourselves -> leads to being atheist. Read Heb 11:6

Being in doubt is being closer to the enemy. Now when I mention “enemy” here it means the temptations of the devil.
It is the Lord where we should run to whenever we have doubts and not on any persons to seek approval, let God be the first to run to for help, and then you seek help to other persons. We have no reasons to doubt God is with us.

Always be on guard against doubt, Never doubt God's promises.

Do not doubt God's purpose in your life.

Satan wants to put you out in ministry to doubt God's plans and God purpose for you. God has good plans for you do not doubt. Read Romans 8:28

Hold on by faith even if we don't understand God's in control he is on the throne. Remember the story of Jesus on the boat with his disciples.

God will never gave up on you. God loves you come back to the Lord.

Pray if you feel any doubt Pray!
Read Phil 4:6

Do not doubt or be anxious of anything. Prayer is the answer read Prob. 3:5-6.

Trust is the key trust in the Lord.

Doubt your doubt before you doubt your belief.

"Work for your Salvation" from Titus 3:1

work for your salvation
"Work for your salvation" Titus 3:1
Pastor Ken told us the story of baking a cake, we have to mix the right ingredients to make a perfect cake else it will not be like we wanted it to be...

Surrender our will, our future to god and submit to God's control, give the control to Jesus/God.
We can not be save by being obedient, go to the church every Sunday but to come to the Lord our God by faith and by mercy of Jesus

Ready to do whatever is good (read Ep 2:9)

Act and talk like Christians means we have to be concern of others.

Every step we make, our relationship is a process with the Lord, ask to yourself where are you today with your relationship with the Lord?
for example, a month ago you use to go to the church and practice good deeds but where are you now?...

To slander no one, not to listen to any slander it is also participating with that sin.
To truly love our neighbor is to watch themselves, we should live at peace to all men, even if they attack you, be NOT to have bitterness in them. Do not say anything to defend yourself. Let them have their slander and God will do the rest, "Live at peace in your heart" let God be your defender.

Be considerate to all and stand up for yourself be humble but be in control with humility.
If you receive any award always put the spot light to Jesus.

Change with true repentance, not doing the wrong things we used to do, be sincere with repentance.

It is not wise to live with temporary things of this word (Cor 9, Rom 2:4)

All that matters is your relationship with Lord God and not with your religion.

Remember not all that feels good is right.

We live for him, change from the inside it will finally work things out.

Surrender and repent to have the promise of eternal life.

Pastor's Message
Isaiah 29:13 inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths and honor Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men.
=may we not give God "lip service" and say we love Him with our mouths, but deny Him by our actions.

"Be wise Not Foolish" from Samuel 25

Be wish Not Foolish Samuel 25

November 5, 2008: “Be Wise Not Foolish” Samuel 25

When I went to the midweek Bible study I was surprise to see all the Christmas decorations in our Calvary Chapel in Obrero. (^_^)

The teachings for that day was “Be Wise Not Fools”
For example it is fool to live for temporary things
And wisdom of this world is foolish to God but the wisdom of the Bible is eternal in short we should study the Bible and learn, so we can be wise to live for God.
Living to please God we are to find joy, peace and satisfaction in life.

Be wish Not Foolish Samuel 25How foolish are we to won something when everything belongs to God?
Being wise is to use the blessing for spiritual development
Learn to give wisely to others.

Quick to listen and slow to speak NOT to give in to anger, and not to give in to emotions. (nako ang hirap nitong gawain minsan)

It is wise to be humble than to be proud.

Overlook each other faults, don’t be guilty of having revenge.
Ask God for wisdom in decisions and choices we make.

Don't Judge

A message from Pastor Ken Pascua:

Salamat ginoo sa imong pulong salamat ginoo sa imong gracia Lord tabangi kami kasabot imong pulong Lord give us wisdom give us understanding help us Lord not just to understand with our mind but with our heart . . . Guide us in your truth tonight Lord in Jesus name Amen.

There is a saying “don’t judge the book by its cover” you don’t know what’s on the inside of the book, I know a some book where you looked the book and you open it up, when you looked inside its empty there is nothing inside its where you put your valuables inside the book so you don’t know what’s in the book and you see this book its about the title but it’s not so we can’t judge the book by its cover. I remember once my cousin told me a story about this when he was playing basketball in high school and they are about to choose who’s the player and there was one player he was short and “and I don’t want him in my team, you can’t play with the big boys,” this short basketball player got the ball and he jump all the way and he slam dunk the basketball. And all of the sudden “I want him in my team” and so much important in spiritual things don’t judge what’s in appearance God is the one who sees the heart.

We have to be careful as Christian “Do not judge

Pastor's Message
Isaiah 63:7 I will tell of the kindness of the Lord, the deeds for which he is to be praised, according to all the Lord has done for us yes, the many good things He has done for house of Israel, according to His compassion and many kindness.
=may we praise God for all His kindness, good things He has done and compassion. A good God we have.

"Be Teachable" from Titus 2:1-8

"Be Teachable" Titus 2:1-8

The words written here are my notes for November 2, 2008 Bible study.

As the title shows "Be Teachable" means teach ourselves in walk in God's grace. . . We know God's grace tru Bible example in reading Psalm 119:9

We must learn the basic salvation by grace. Learn to also give grace to others if they did you wrong. For if you can't give grace, do you deserve grace from God?

Wisdom is learned tru age as we grow old, anything in this world must be moderate we must be careful read 1 Peter 5:8

God must be #1 we must continue to be trained, be worthy of respect, honorable in character and elder people must be respected, read Lev 19:32.

Have self control, be in control of your self. Example are relationship we know is wrong i.e. lesbian and gay or the 1960 relationship.

Also bad hobbies, too much drinking that you satisfied yourselve for being drunk that just drinking moderately. Smoking which we all know is bad for health. . . Control yourself not be controled by these.

Justification. Be in love meaning by helping others with love but not expecting anything in return. We need to learn about Love.

Endurance. Hold to your faith. Don't give up.

Don't be shy if we have gray hair read Prov 16:31

Be modest, gentle, quiet in spirit not to slander meaning gossip, talk maliciously. Never share bad information even if it's true. Do not share negative information about someone or gossip a person nor accept or hear a bad information. If someone wants to share Say "I don't want to hear it".

Ladies look at what you wear if your not in business Do not advertise. Young men control your sexual desire, guard your eyes, do not put yourself in the situation where you fall into sexual immorality

October 11, 2008
around 15:00

Just came home from beach and had a shower...

Hmmm words in my mind, Revive, reborn and rebirth, a wonderful feeling.

I will remember this date.

Pastor's Message
Isaiah 35:4 say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, He will come with vengeance, with divine retribution He will come to save you."
=with all the problems happening in the world today, we can have peace. Because we know Jesus is coming back to judge the world and save us. Be strong, don't fear Jesus is coming.

Aice Nice Concepts: "Jesus I'm so in love with you"

calvary chapel davao
This song kept on running in my mind for one week now whew! I just heard it from one song in Calvary Church...so just this morning I research who sang and find lyrics

Let My Words Be Few by Philips, Craig & Dean

You are God in heaven
And here am I on earth
So I’ll let my words be few
Jesus, I am so in love with You

And I’ll stand in awe of You
Yes I’ll stand in awe of You
And I’ll let my words be few
Jesus, I am so in love with You

The simplest of all love songs
I want to bring to You
So I’ll let my words be few
Jesus, I am so in love with You
