"Live with Integrity" from Nehemiah 7:1-73

Integrity means being honest with God and do "what you have said to do". We have to live with Integrity. In verse 1-38, every individual must live in truth. In verse 39-73, live in impurity. One of the marks of an individual who lives in truth, when he or she continue the work. In our Christian walk in the Lord, we must also have perseverance.

Citadel means fortress. Key verse in this chapter is in verse 2, "..because he was a man of integrity and feared God more than most men do." Change is an optional and we should allow ourselves to live with integrity.

1 Corinthians 4:2 Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.

2 Timothy 2:2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

We need to follow the example of Job, Moses and Nehemiah. Integrity really lacks in a Christian life. Nehemiah instructed the people to have guards, to protect them from enemy. We must live on awareness with integrity.

Psalm 27:1 The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?

How do you know if God speaking to you? Through his word, it might also be in the people around you or in dreams. He gives knowledge and strength. Whatever is you work, you must live with integrity.

Before if the priest go to the holly of hollies and if a sinful man goes in there he will die. In the sight of God, we are transparent. Transparent means sincere without wax. Fear means we honor God.

We also need to be sanctified. Sanctification means is an on going work of the Holy Spirit. We have to give for the work of God. Notice in verse 70, not most of all are contributing for the Lord. When you don't give tithes for the Lord, you are like a thief. Read it in Malachi 3, being steward for God's money.

Be reminded to live with truth and integrity. The key is to revive our hearts and mind.

Nice Christian Life Experiences~~~
