"Celebrate God's Faithfulness" from Matthew 26:17-30

Faithfulness should be remembered and learn it by heart.

Exodus 13:6-8 6 For seven days eat bread made without yeast and on the seventh day hold a festival to the LORD. 7 Eat unleavened bread during those seven days; nothing with yeast in it is to be seen among you, nor shall any yeast be seen anywhere within your borders. 8 On that day tell your son, ‘I do this because of what the LORD did for me when I came out of Egypt.’

Unleaven a bread with No yeast.
Yeast - signify sin.

The celebration of the passover before was for the Jews alone.

Why do they celebrate it? To commemorate and observe it. If you know what God did for you then you would celebrate it.

Passover is also known as feast of unleaven bread.

How to prepare passover?
Look at Exodus 12:4-8

Am I worthy to take this communion?
Of course we are all sinners. But we need to have the right relationship with the Lord. And we must examine ourselves.

It symbolize the sacrifice of Jesus to save us from our sins.

1 Corinthians 11:25 In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.”

When we celebrate communion we must have sincere hearts. A man oath to examine himself before he eats and drink the cup.

1 John 2:2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Hebrews 9:14-22
14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,[a] so that we may serve the living God!
15 For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.

16 In the case of a will,[b] it is necessary to prove the death of the one who made it, 17 because a will is in force only when somebody has died; it never takes effect while the one who made it is living. 18 This is why even the first covenant was not put into effect without blood. 19 When Moses had proclaimed every command of the law to all the people, he took the blood of calves, together with water, scarlet wool and branches of hyssop, and sprinkled the scroll and all the people. 20 He said, “This is the blood of the covenant, which God has commanded you to keep.”[c] 21 In the same way, he sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle and everything used in its ceremonies. 22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

Great is God's faithfulness because God faithfulness is renewed every morning.

Nice Christian Life Experiences ~~~
