"Relationship is Important" From Acts 16:1-15

Psalm Reading
Psalm 78:1-16
A maskil of Asaph.

1 My people, hear my teaching;
listen to the words of my mouth.
2 I will open my mouth with a parable;
I will utter hidden things, things from of old—
3 things we have heard and known,
things our ancestors have told us.
4 We will not hide them from their descendants;
we will tell the next generation
the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord,
his power, and the wonders he has done.
5 He decreed statutes for Jacob
and established the law in Israel,
which he commanded our ancestors
to teach their children,
6 so the next generation would know them,
even the children yet to be born,
and they in turn would tell their children.
7 Then they would put their trust in God
and would not forget his deeds
but would keep his commands.
8 They would not be like their ancestors—
a stubborn and rebellious generation,
whose hearts were not loyal to God,
whose spirits were not faithful to him.
9 The men of Ephraim, though armed with bows,
turned back on the day of battle;
10 they did not keep God’s covenant
and refused to live by his law.
11 They forgot what he had done,
the wonders he had shown them.
12 He did miracles in the sight of their ancestors
in the land of Egypt, in the region of Zoan.
13 He divided the sea and led them through;
he made the water stand up like a wall.
14 He guided them with the cloud by day
and with light from the fire all night.
15 He split the rocks in the wilderness
and gave them water as abundant as the seas;
16 he brought streams out of a rocky crag
and made water flow down like rivers.

We are called as children of God.
The importance of relationship from verse 1-8
1) It will surely produce fruitful life.
2) Having a relationship with the Lord it will produce sincere dedication.

Timothy - the name means honoring God.

2 Timothy 1:5 (NIV)
5 I am reminded of your sincere faith, which first lived in your grandmother Lois and in your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, now lives in you also.

We should teach the children as early as inside the womb to read the word of God. The parents has the major influence in children, whatever you teach they will do it. The importance of relationship is that it will produce fruitful life. The fruit of the Spirit is Love, gentleness, faith, self control. .

Acts 15:28-29 (NIV)
28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things.
Farewell.

Once we have the right teaching from the Lord, the church will become stronger. Paul didn't limit the scriptures only for themselves.
Once we are called as Pastor, make sure you have the time for the Lord.

In today's world, people will not live without any kind gadgets.

Although we have our own schedule but to be spirit lead we must be flexible and follow God's leading. And we must be sensitive of His voice.

We should not be dependent on things that man do, but do what the Word of God does.

If we don't have a sincere dedication we will be discourage to serve the Lord.

In Romans 10:14-15
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

Revelation 3:20
20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

Galatians 6:10
10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

A lot of ministries are done by Lord Jesus Christ. As Christ shows the love of God by washing of the feet. Even Judas was included to that washing of the feet.

Nice Christian Life Experiences
